A Passaic, NJ company is hiring an accounts payable and accounts receivable representative. Looking for someone who has basic accounting knowledge to join the financial team. Quickbooks experience is a plus. Job includes accounts receivables, creating invoices, following up on payments, accounts payables, making weekly payments and reconciling end of month statements. Job also includes helping with payroll and reporting back to the CEO. Candidate must be positive, a quick learner and detail oriented. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
