LTC Technologies - Job Description: Account Manager
The Account Manager serves as the main point of contact between LTC Technologies and its clients throughout the sales and implementation process. This role bridges the gap between client communication, internal coordination, and vendor follow-ups. Account Managers are responsible for ensuring smooth project launches, accurate quoting, timely service delivery, and consistent client satisfaction. The position Reports To the Managing Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients from initial inquiry through project completion.
- Lead kickoff calls to clarify client needs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Delegate information-gathering tasks to Coordinators and oversee their progress.
- Develop proposals, sales plans, and solution outlines for review by the Managing Partner.
- Track all open quotes and project stages to ensure timely execution and communication.
- Maintain client relationships through proactive updates and professional follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the ISP Department, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams to ensure successful implementations.
- Address client escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Document project progress in CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timeliness of project kickoff and client onboarding.
- Client satisfaction scores and feedback consistency.
- Percentage of quotes and projects completed within expected timelines
- Accuracy and completeness of project documentation in CRM.
- Number of successfully closed deals per quarter.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, telecom, or IT project coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Comfortable reviewing quotes, service orders, and installation timelines.
- Strong follow-through and accountability in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working with ISPs, phone vendors, or healthcare clients preferred.
