WE’RE HIRING — Experienced Construction Project Accountant / Controller (This position is available in 2 locations)
Englewood, NJ or NYC Midtown East | Full-Time | In-Office
Bravon Development is a NYC-based real estate development & general contracting firm focused on ground-up multifamily projects. We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Controller to take ownership of all accounting and financial reporting across our active and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up & manage QuickBooks (or similar) for multiple entities/projects
Prepare P&L, balance sheet & cash flow reports
Handle AIA billing & lender draw packages
Track budgets, payments, commitments & loan draws
Maintain accurate, organized financial records
Work closely with ownership, PMs & outside accountants
What We’re Looking For:
3+ yrs bookkeeping/accounting (construction or real estate strongly preferred)
Strong QuickBooks or similar software skills
AIA billing experience is required
Detail-oriented, organized & proactive
Full-time, in-office in Midtown
Compensation: $120K–$150K (based on experience)
