A growing multi-entity home care organization is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented financial leader to oversee all financial operations. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive performance, scalability, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations across multiple home care agencies ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage general ledger and month-end close processes in QuickBooks (multi-entity)
- Monitor cash flow, fund distribution, and overall liquidity
- Prepare and present financial reports with actionable insights for leadership
- Coordinate banking relationships, investor communications, tax filings, and audits
- Lead financial modeling, projections, and M&A due diligence initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven financial leadership experience within home care or healthcare industry
- Advanced QuickBooks expertise (Pro, Premier, or Enterprise) with multi-entity management
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management experience
- Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and treasury management
- Experience collaborating with executive teams and external stakeholders
