A growing multi-entity home care organization is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented financial leader to oversee all financial operations. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive performance, scalability, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations across multiple home care agencies ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage general ledger and month-end close processes in QuickBooks (multi-entity)
• Monitor cash flow, fund distribution, and overall liquidity
• Prepare and present financial reports with actionable insights for leadership
• Coordinate banking relationships, investor communications, tax filings, and audits
• Lead financial modeling, projections, and M&A due diligence initiatives

Qualifications:

• Proven financial leadership experience within home care or healthcare industry
• Advanced QuickBooks expertise (Pro, Premier, or Enterprise) with multi-entity management
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management experience
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and treasury management
• Experience collaborating with executive teams and external stakeholders
