Serve as accountant of record for multiple properties under one management company. Handle bank reconciliations, payroll, financial statement analysis, and vendor/operations correspondence.

Requirements

• 2 years accounting experience, real estate preferred
• Strong with reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple entities

Experience Required

1-2 years
