Position: Lead Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Location: Ramsey, NJ

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000

Environment: Female Office

A financial services company in Ramsey, NJ is hiring a Lead Bookkeeper / Office Manager to oversee a team that provides full-service bookkeeping to a variety of businesses.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The team handles A/R, A/P, reconciliations, sales tax, and more—but you'll be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly. That includes stepping in wherever needed—solving problems, reviewing reports, troubleshooting, and supporting your team.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in bookkeeping
  • Is skilled with QuickBooks Online, reconciliations, and sales tax
  • Learns quickly and can figure things out independently
  • Is sharp, responsible, and hands-on
  • Feels confident leading and supporting a team
