Job Description

Bookkeeping / Accounts Payable (Full-Time) Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and entering vendor bills and issuing payments
  • Handling vendor communications and resolving account questions
  • Assisting with monthly A/P reports and period-end close
  • Preparing and reconciling bank statements
  • Maintaining accurate, organized financial records
  • Proficiency with QB and Excel


Compensation based on experience.
