About the Company

We are an established and growing Food Manufacturing company based in Passaic NJ , We are seeking a Remote Bookkeeper Preferably candidate should reside in Israel to oversee day to day accounting while providing financial control, reporting, and operational support to ownership.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping for the company. The Bookkeeper will manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, cost tracking, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Full cycle bookkeeping AP, AR, bank and credit card reconciliations

• Finished product costing

• Payroll processing and coordination with payroll providers

• Monthly financial statements and reporting to ownership

• Cash flow management and budgeting support

• Vendor payments,

• Coordination with CPA for tax filings, audits, and year-end close

Qualifications

• 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of Product costing,

• Experience with Quickbooks 

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
