Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day financial tracking and QuickBooks management across multiple retail locations. This role is focused on accuracy and consistency — ensuring invoices, bank transactions, and credit card activity are properly recorded, monitored, and kept up to date at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain QuickBooks across multiple entities
- Enter, categorize, and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper payment tracking
- Monitor bank activity and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
- Track and reconcile multiple credit cards across different stores
- Maintain clean, organized, and accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly reports to provide clear visibility into financials
- Ensure nothing is missed, duplicated, or incorrectly recorded
Qualifications- 4+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong hands-on QuickBooks experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized across multiple entities/accounts
