Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Assistant Controller to join our fast-growing tech advisory firm in the healthcare space. This is a high-impact role with clear growth into a Controller position, ideal for someone ready to step up and take ownership with minimal guidance.

In this role, you’ll lead commission runs, compliance, collections, and financial reporting, while overseeing our outsourced AP/AR team. You'll also contribute to forecasting and broader financial strategy. We’re looking for someone who’s not just organized and meticulous—but curious, hands-on, and eager to dig into the operational side of the business to gain a full understanding of how our finances support our mission.

Preferred experience in nursing homes or long-term care settings is a plus, given our healthcare focus.
