Description:
We are a growing network of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy providers dedicated to improving the lives of children and families affected by autism and related developmental disorders. We pride ourselves on our compassionate care, and commitment to operational integrity. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced Controller to lead our financial operations across multiple entities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-5 years of accounting/finance experience
Experience in healthcare or ABA therapy organizations strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting and consolidations.
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and financial management systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with executive and clinical leadership.
This position has the flexibility to be hybrid/remote. The office is located in Sheepshead bay. Salary is dependant on experience. Benefits package included.
