Financial Operations Manager

Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 DOE

We are seeking a full-time Financial Operations Manager for a fast-growing financial services company specializing in merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing. This role is central to maintaining accurate financial data, including internal ledgers, bank activity, reconciliations, reporting, and financial controls. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive, with the ability to work across departments and coordinate with external financial partners. This position also involves maintaining strong relationships with banking partners to ensure smooth communication, secure data exchange, and a clear understanding of financial activity across all accounts.
