A growing financial services company is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, cash flow and liquidity, lender-facing reporting, and portfolio performance analytics in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.

3+ years of Controller experience, strong lender-facing and borrowing base reporting experience, advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, and Excel, and ability to work fully on-site required.

This is a hands-on Controller role. The ideal candidate is comfortable being deeply involved in the details, understands how accounting ties directly to liquidity and lending capacity, and takes full ownership of financial accuracy.
