We are seeking a Controller for a non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and reporting within a non-profit setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting and financial reporting
• Oversee grant management
• Implement internal risk controls
• Guide and supervise professional teams

• 3 years of Controller experience in a non-profit setting
• Familiarity with OMRDD non-profits and CFR (Consolidated Fiscal Reporting)
• Proven expertise in budgeting and financial reporting
• Previous supervisory experience
