Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations for multiple entities. The Financial Controller will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic recommendations. This role is responsible for maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and maintain internal controls.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and budget variances.
• Provide financial reports and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Supervise accounting staff.
• Improve accounting systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel experience.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in non-profit is a plus.
