Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper

Full-Time | On-Site | Midtown Manhattan (near Penn Station)

We’re a family-owned fashion company based in Midtown Manhattan, and we’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an on-site role in a friendly, fast-paced office conveniently located near Penn Station.

We're looking for someone who’s eager to learn, ready to roll up their sleeves, and pitch in wherever needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Entering invoices and payments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assisting with accounts receivable and reviewing customer deductions
• Filing, scanning, and handling outgoing mail
• Supporting the team with spreadsheets and general administrative tasks

What we’re looking for:

• A self-starter who’s enthusiastic and ready to learn
• Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills
• Basic Excel skills (a short on-site Excel test will be part of the interview process)

Compensation: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience
