Accounting & Billing Specialist – Fast-Growing Healthcare Firm (Boro Park)

A rapidly expanding healthcare organization in Boro Park is seeking a focused, detail-driven Accounting & Billing Specialist who can take real ownership of our financial operations.

We are looking for someone who is not just “doing the work,” but actively managing, improving, and advising—a motivated professional ready to grow with a company that’s scaling fast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage billing across multiple business lines
• Review financial reports and provide clear insights to ownership
• Prepare and post journal entries for both for-profit and not-for-profit entities
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain accurate ledgers
• Work directly with leadership on budgeting, planning, and financial performance

Ideal Candidate:

• Hardworking, focused, and eager to grow into a larger role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable taking initiative and communicating directly with owners
• Experience with healthcare billing is a plus, but not required
