An established and growing real estate office is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate, well-organized accounting records. This role is ideal for someone who works efficiently, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable handling bookkeeping responsibilities independently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense entries
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
- Monitor balances and ensure records are up to date
- Maintain organized financial documentation and files
- Provide general bookkeeping and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Prior bookkeeping experience required
- Strong bookkeeping skills with solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
- High level of efficiency and accuracy using QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Ability to work independently in an in-office environment
