Job Description

An established and growing real estate office is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate, well-organized accounting records. This role is ideal for someone who works efficiently, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable handling bookkeeping responsibilities independently.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense entries
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
  • Monitor balances and ensure records are up to date
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and files
  • Provide general bookkeeping and administrative support as needed


Qualifications

  • Prior bookkeeping experience required
  • Strong bookkeeping skills with solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy using QuickBooks
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Ability to work independently in an in-office environment
