A growing, medium-sized firm in Williamsburg is seeking an Audit Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its audit team. This role is well-suited for someone with a solid audit foundation who is looking to continue developing professionally in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in audit engagements from planning through completion
• Perform risk assessments and help identify key audit areas
• Execute audit procedures using established methodologies and checklists
• Document audit findings clearly and accurately
• Use audit and accounting software efficiently
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure quality and compliance
• Communicate effectively with internal teams throughout the audit process

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of audit experience
