Position Overview

We are seeking an Asset Manager/Financial Analyst with 2+ years of real estate experience to join our growing team. The position is located at Blvd of the Americas and requires a minimum of 26 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze real estate assets
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Assist in the acquisition and disposition of properties

• 2+ years of experience in real estate
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
