Fast growing Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) platform seeking a hands on, highly analytical Chief Financial Officer to lead the next phase of financial structuring, institutional readiness, and operational discipline. This is not a passive oversight role. Need a strong company person who will build structure, clean up legacy inefficiencies, implement forward looking systems, and confidently interface with large scale investment firms. The ideal candidate understands alternative lending or a comparable financial services industry and can demonstrate technical depth, financial acumen, and operational execution.

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 DOE
