We are a Yeshiva Management Company that provides comprehensive services to support the day-to-day functions of yeshivas, day schools and kollelim across the country. We are expanding and looking to fill 3 positions in the business office. We are seeking individuals of various skill levels to fill these roles.
Business Office - Department Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, becoming a trusted advisor for financial matters.
- Oversee accounting functions, including reconciliations, reporting, and financial systems implementation.
- Understand client needs and design customized, phased financial solutions.
- Communicate effectively and diplomatically with clients to foster collaboration and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide leadership to direct reports and coordinate across departments to deliver comprehensive services.
Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in accounting, including financial reporting and system development.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online; comfort with learning new financial systems.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to evolving tools and service models.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a relationship-first approach to client service.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to design customized solutions.
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multi-department service delivery.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship building.
- Solid background in accounting and financial operations, ideally in nonprofit or school environments.
- Balance of flexibility and structure, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service culture.
Business Office - Bookkeeper
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records for multiple schools and organizations
- Monitor, manage, and report on cash flow and budgets
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Facilitate accounts payable payments: ensuring timely and accurate payments that have client approval while considering available cash flow
- Collaborate with your account managers, accounts payable and other teams, to provide high level updates to clients.

Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Excel and Google Sheets
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Conscientious and organized, capable of multitasking at a high level, while remaining efficient and organized.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills—essential for working with both internal teams and school leaders
- Integrity and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and adapt to evolving needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- 2-3 years work experience in bookkeeping
Business Office - Accounts Payable Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice intake, categorizing, approval workflows, and payment execution.
- Oversee client credit card management, including expense tracking, policy compliance, and issue resolution
- Serve as the main AP contact for multiple clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Maintain strong internal controls and adherence to company and client-specific policies
- Monitor AP aging, resolve discrepancies, and address vendor inquiries proactively
- Execute and review payment runs (ACH, wire, check) with proper approvals and documentation
- Supervise and manage offshore AP staff, ensuring clear delegation of responsibilities

Hours: 30 remote, set hours per week. Must be available full American hours. $30-$75/hour commensurate on experience.
