Job Overview
Looking for an exceptional, sharp, and hungry Equity Analyst focused on small/mid-cap technology to join Aleph’s investment team in Tel Aviv. This role sits at the intersection of public and private markets, with a strong primary focus on public equities. You’ll be part of a small, high-impact team leading equity research efforts and working closely with some of the most exciting tech companies in Israel and globally.
What You’ll Do
- Cover public equities (primarily small/mid-cap tech)
- Work closely with private companies pre-IPO (research, positioning, due diligence)
- Continue coverage post-listing and support the broader investor narrative
- Play a key role in shaping how companies are understood by the market

Background
- ~3–10 years of experience in IB / PE / HF / AM
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of technology
- Familiarity with the Israeli tech ecosystem (local or global)
- Strong English and Hebrew
- Based in Israel or considering relocation
