Overview:

Growing family office with businesses in manufacturing, real estate, and services seeking a hands-on finance leader to run financial operations across multiple entities and build scalable reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions across multiple companies (monthly close, financials, reporting)
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity across entities
• Build and maintain consolidated reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for ownership
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Oversee financial tracking for real estate and investment activities
• Identify inefficiencies and improve financial and operational processes

• 8–15 years in accounting/finance
• Current or recent Controller / Senior Controller
• Experience managing multiple entities
• Strong operator—hands-on and detail-oriented
• Cost accounting experience is a major plus
