🕘 Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

💰 Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 (based on experience & leadership ability)

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone ready to own systems, lead teams, and build scalable processes for continued expansion.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple states and entities

✅ Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and labor regulations

✅ Manage payroll schedules, approvals, audits, and reporting

✅ Track payroll expenses and support budgeting initiatives

✅ Improve systems through automation and workflow enhancements

✅ Hire, train, and lead payroll/finance staff

✅ Build SOPs, accountability systems, and department structure

✅ Partner with HR, Operations, and Executive Leadership

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience

✔️ Leadership or team management experience

✔️ Strong payroll compliance and tax knowledge

✔️ Experience with ADP, Paychex, Viventium, or similar systems

✔️ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

✔️ Strategic thinker who can also execute daily operations
