Chesed 24/7 is seeking a Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance.
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Provide financial analysis and support to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
