We are seeking a Bookkeeper for our Accounting Department at an Assisted Living Company in Rockland, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and be highly organized.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly closings
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P)
  • Handle payroll and human resources tasks
  • Assist with special projects
  • Prepare policies and procedures


Requirements

  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational skills
