We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Controller to join our growing team in New City, NY. This is a hands-on leadership role for a finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of financial operations, driving accuracy, and providing valuable insights that help shape business decisions.

The Controller will play a critical role in managing the company's financial health, ensuring strong internal controls, and supporting leadership with strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting and monthly close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives
• Manage commissions tracking and payroll oversight
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and internal controls
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain financial processes that support continued company growth

• 3-5+ years of Controller, Accounting Manager, or related finance leadership experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Experience overseeing payroll, commissions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and audit processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
