Location: Bayonne, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office

Salary: Up to $175,000+ (Based on Experience)

We are a growing consumer products company seeking a strong, business-minded Financial Controller to partner directly with the CEO and help drive financial performance across the organization.

This is a newly created leadership role for someone who can own forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, profitability analysis, payroll oversight, and financial strategy while helping leadership make smarter business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Track profitability across brands, departments, products, and locations
• Monitor line of credit usage and overall financial health
• Analyze spending and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Review pricing, margins, inventory, and seasonal product performance
• Oversee payroll and financial reporting
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
• Hold departments accountable to budgets and financial goals

• 5+ years of Controller, Finance Manager, or similar experience
• Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Experience with inventory, distribution, or consumer products preferred
• Ability to think strategically and influence business decisions
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
