A Brooklyn, NY healthcare company is hiring an accountant. Looking for someone with an excellent work ethic. Job includes taking ownership of the day to day accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly analyses, accounts payables, and managing cash and treasury banking. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of accounting experience strong technical skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Huge plus if the candidate has done accounting for a company that has multiple entities in multiple locations. This position is not for someone who specializes in tax. No CPA is required. Option to work in the office 4 days/week and work from home 1 day/week. Candidate must have QuickBooks and Excel experience. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
