Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Pooled Trust Billing & Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of a pooled trust program. This role is responsible for billing, ACH payment processing, account reconciliations, trust recordkeeping, and maintaining accurate client financial data across multiple internal systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing a high volume of transactions while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all billing and accounts receivable functions for pooled trust accounts
- Prepare, review, and process ACH debits and payments through banking portals
- Maintain accurate trust account records and client balances
- Perform monthly account reconciliations
- Review pending bills and ensure timely payment processing
- Monitor account activity and identify discrepancies or exceptions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth account operations
- Maintain accurate data within internal trust management systems and portals
Qualifications- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience using online banking portals and ACH/payment systems
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Compensation- Salary range: $75000 – $80000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
