
Job Opening: Tax Manager
A leading tech founder focused Geneva based Family Office investing in public and private markets is
seeking a Tax Advisor to fill the position of Tax Manager based in Tel-Aviv.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Manager to join our finance team. The Tax Manager
will play a key role in managing tax reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and tracking reporting requirements, gathering and organizing
all relevant client documentation, and ensuring timely delivery to external accountants. The role also
involves project managing with third party accountants and reviewing draft tax returns and other tax
filings, confirming their accuracy, and ensuring all submissions meet required deadlines. In addition, the
Tax Manager will support the finance and investment team in ongoing tax structuring matters, provide
guidance on complex transactions, and assist with client relocations from a tax perspective.
The candidate must be able to work independently with strong time and task management skills.
Candidate must likewise be self-motivated and aspire to the highest standards of professionalism and
personal integrity.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the tax function for the firm’s clients and with the finance and investment teams.
• Centralize and coordinate all tax-related materials for clients across jurisdictions.
• Oversee ongoing tax reporting in Israel, including personal tax returns, capital declarations, single
stock sales and other ongoing tax related filings.
• Manage and coordinate international tax filings – primarily in the U.S., U.K., and other jurisdictions
as required – in collaboration with local tax advisors.
• Handle and advise on capital gains events, cross-border transactions, and investment structures.
• Assist the investment team on tax structuring and analysis with respect to client specific
investments and group level investments such as investment funds and direct investments.
• Maintain ongoing communication with external accountants, advisors, and relevant professionals.
• Provide strategic tax planning, advisory services, and ad-hoc support for complex events.
• Establish a foundational database and institutional knowledge in tax matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Certified Tax Advisor – mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private and international taxation.
• Strong expertise in Israeli tax law, including personal returns, capital declarations, and event-
driven filings.
• Experience with international taxation, primarily in the U.S. and U.K. – significant advantage.
• Solid understanding of capital markets, real estate, and global asset taxation.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation.
• Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple processes.
• Project management mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills and sense of ownership and accountability .
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment .
• Team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written Hebrew and English
