Position: Director, Outpatient Mental Health Program
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000
Job Summary:
The Director will oversee the management and operations of an Article 31 outpatient mental health program in Brooklyn, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services compliant with CFTSS and HCBS standards. This role involves supervising clinical staff, managing budgets, implementing program policies, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the clinical and administrative functions of the outpatient program.
Develop, implement, and monitor service delivery plans in line with Article 31, CFTSS, and HCBS requirements.
Supervise clinical teams, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure effective client care.
Oversee program evaluation, compliance monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives.
Manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure financial viability of the program.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, community organizations, and regulatory bodies to optimize service delivery and maintain compliance.
Provide clinical oversight and direct case consultation when necessary.
Qualifications:
Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMHC, PsyD, or equivalent) with significant experience in outpatient mental health settings.
Proven experience managing Article 31 programs and knowledge of CFTSS and HCBS services.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a track record of building and managing effective clinical teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
