A leading manufacturing firm is looking to hire a Director Client Success representative. The candidate is required to lead a dedicated team of Sales and Customer Service professionals. The correct candidate would have a strong ability to adapt situationally as needs and priorities evolve. They would be required to build a strong and effective team while optimizing the work processes for the entire department, ensuring optimal delivery of service and the highest level of client satisfaction. This person reports directly to the company GM, is involved with all company processes and executing the company’s strategic initiatives and revenue goals.
