A Boro Park, Brooklyn company is hiring a director of community based services. Job includes overseeing and managing a big department of employees. Candidate will need to problem solve and provide customer service to make sure all the families are satisfied. Looking for a team player, with leadership skills, and a real people's person. Candidate will need to address any issues that arise and look at the bigger picture. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience managing and directing staff. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-4:30 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1 pm
