LBAPS is seeking a Director of SOP & New Trainings with a strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) background to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and staff training programs.

This leadership role is essential for ensuring consistent, high-quality clinical and operational practices across all programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and implement SOPs across all departments.
• Design and oversee onboarding, compliance, and ongoing staff training programs.
• Ensure procedures align with ABA best practices and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to identify training needs.
• Monitor program quality and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field (BCBA preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience in a clinical or supervisory role (preferred).
• Proven ability to develop and deliver staff training programs.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
