Now Hiring: Director of Implementation & Client Success

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $120,000–$150,000

We are seeking an experienced Director of Implementation & Client Success to lead the full client lifecycle—from contract handoff and onboarding through adoption, renewal, and growth. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience while driving long-term satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with proven experience building scalable processes, setting performance standards, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Implementation and Client Success Representative teams
• Manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion
• Establish and scale processes to ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences
• Set performance standards, KPIs, and best practices for client-facing teams
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Payroll, and Operations teams

• Proven leadership experience in implementation, client success, or related roles
• Strong people management and team development skills
• Experience building and scaling operational processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Client-focused mindset with a track record of driving retention and growth
