Location: North Brunswick, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time | On-site

Salary: $90,000–$115,000

About the Company

We are a well-established importer and wholesaler operating a high-volume distribution and warehouse facility. We are seeking an experienced Director of Warehouse Operations to lead day-to-day warehouse performance, facilities management, and logistics.

Role Overview

The Director of Warehouse Operations will oversee all warehouse and distribution center functions, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely delivery, and cost-effective operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational, organizational, and process-optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the efficient and cost-effective operation of the warehouse and distribution center
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery
• Optimize warehouse layout, inventory control, and material handling processes
• Oversee all company facilities to ensure safe, productive, and compliant environments
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
• Lead, train, and hold teams accountable to high performance standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support company growth and operational goals

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
• Proven experience with ERP systems and operational technologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Solid understanding of inventory management, e-commerce operations, and merchandising principles
• Ability to work independently and drive operational improvements

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
