
Hiring: Executive Assistant & Bookkeeping Support (Remote) to Support Chabad House
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented remote professional to provide long-term administrative, operational and financial support to our team.
Role Details:
Primary Responsibilities:
● Provide general secretarial and administrative support
● Manage calendars, scheduling, bookings, emails, and communications
● Assist with ad hoc projects, drafting correspondence and day-to-day workflow management
● Follow existing workflows and SOPs, while also helping document and create new processes as needed
● Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, invoicing, and record-keeping
● Support marketing efforts through scheduling, posting, content organization, and general coordination.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and follow through with minimal oversight. Prior experience with administrative support, office coordination, and bookkeeping is required.
