Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper - Real Estate Management Company

Seeking a tech-savvy Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience to support a growing real estate management company.

Responsibilities include:

  • AP/AR
  • Reconciliations
  • Tenant and vendor communication
  • Lease and rent support
  • Social media posting
  • General office administration


Rent Manager experience is a plus.

Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.

Experience Required

1-2 years
