What We’re Looking For: Someone entrepreneurial, proactive and operationally driven who wants to help build and expand impactful healthcare programs from the ground up.

Compensation: $100k-$120k

We are seeking a highly analytical, hands on Assistant Director to help launch, oversee, and grow new programs under the First Med Care brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced healthcare environments, enjoys solving operational challenges and can help turn ideas into fully functioning programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with launching and scaling new healthcare programs and initiatives
• Help oversee day to day healthcare operations and workflow management
• Analyze operational performance, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams
• Develop systems, processes and operational structures for growth
• Support staffing, compliance, onboarding and operational logistics
• Help ensure programs operate efficiently while maintaining high patient experience standards

Qualifications:

• Prior healthcare operations experience required
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Hands on leadership style with ability to execute
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience helping build or launch healthcare programs is a major plus
• Strong communication and team management abilities
