Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner closely with the CEO and leadership team in driving the company’s financial strategy and supporting continued growth. This role will lead all financial operations, strengthen financial infrastructure, and provide clear, data-driven insights to guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the leadership team, contributing to strategy, long-term planning, and company scaling
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Build and manage finance KPIs and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights
• Oversee Accounting, AP/AR, Payroll, Collections, Tax filings, Audits, and Compliance
• Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to improve accuracy, automation, and visibility
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on margin optimization, pricing, and cost control
• Develop financial models for growth initiatives, scenario planning, and resource allocation
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital strategy
• Support expansion into new regions, including payroll, tax, and local compliance setup
• Support fundraising, financing, or M&A initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience (CFO / VP Finance level)
• CPA required
• Experience in technology, SaaS, IoT, smart systems, or service-based businesses strongly preferred
• Proven experience scaling finance operations in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, inventory, and project-based financials
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with the EOS model – a plus
