NOW HIRING: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) A growing healthcare company is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. We are looking for a strong financial leader with significant experience who can oversee the organization’s financial operations, provide strategic direction, and help support continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead and oversee all financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
2. Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth
3. Oversee financial reporting, cash flow, and overall financial performance
4. Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and accountability
5. Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and key business decisions
6. Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
7. Provide leadership and oversight to the finance and accounting functions

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Significant experience in a senior financial leadership role required
2. Healthcare industry experience required
3. Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
4. Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills
5. Ability to work closely with executive leadership and manage financial operations at a high level
6. Proven ability to support the financial needs of a growing organization

💰 Salary: $250000–$300000 This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished financial executive to take on a key leadership role within a growing healthcare organization.
