Outreach & Administrative Assistant

We are a growing ABA company seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Outreach & Administrative Assistant to support our team and families.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident on the phone, and thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Communication

  • Respond to new inquiries from prospective families
  • Call parents to explain services and guide them through the intake process
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
  • Provide a warm, professional experience for families

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate schedules between therapists and families
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and documentation
  • Maintain organized digital records
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups
  • Comfortable using email, scheduling software, and basic computer programs

Experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
