Care Circles is seeking an organized and detail-oriented member to join our team in New City, NY. These are in office administrative positions focused on supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth onboarding and data management processes.
Responsibilities include:
• Onboarding and assisting new sales associates
• Following up on and verifying incoming data
• Maintaining and organizing sales associate schedules
• Managing and reviewing sales and operational data
• Providing general administrative support to the sales team
