SEEKING AN AREA COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR RESIDENTIAL LEADERSHIP TEAM. Are you a current Residence Manager looking for the next step in your professional growth? In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of multiple agency residences and their respective Residence Managers. You will provide the necessary leadership to drive full program operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, facility safety, staff development, and the continuous protective oversight of the individuals we support across all shifts.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with:

• A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
• At least four years of OPWDD experience
• Three years of supervisory experience
