A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring a director of operations. Looking for someone very confident and professional, who is a strong leader and can take charge and manage processes and people. Candidate must be able to problem solve and keep processes moving. Job involves designing and implementing operational processes, workflows and systems across the organization, as well as managing multiple in house and offshore teams. Candidate will also need to ensure that operational execution aligns with Medicaid compliance and pooled trust regulatory requirements. Looking for someone with current experience managing multiple teams across multiple departments, preferably both in house and abroad, as well as a lot of experience managing processes, systems and software. Looking for someone with at least 2 years of prior operational management experience. This is not a role for a project manager. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
