Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Senior Case Manager to join our growing ABA company. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take on a leadership position overseeing case management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of case managers
- Ensure all new cases are started efficiently and without delays
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate information for all active cases
- Monitor case progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Assist case managers with challenging or high-priority cases
- Communicate regularly with families, providers, and internal staff
- Help improve systems and workflows within the department
Qualifications:
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Solid computer skills (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced workload
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (but not required)
