Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA State Director to oversee all operations within the state. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage clinical staff and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ABA operations in the state.
• Lead the hiring, training, and retention of clinical staff.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives.
• Manage budgets and operational performance.
• Develop relationships with referral sources, schools, physicians, and community organizations.

Compensation

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000

Location

Office located in Brooklyn, NY. Travel is required for this position.
