About the Role
You’ll lead a multicultural, high-performing team responsible for caregiver scheduling, service coverage, client relations, payroll accuracy, and daily operations. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who can inspire others, think operationally, and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support coordinators managing caregiver schedules and daily service delivery
- Oversee full shift coverage, including last-minute or emergency staffing
- Drive efficient, accurate caregiver-patient matching
- Ensure compliance with agency standards, DOH regulations, and documentation timelines
- Monitor service delivery and implement corrective actions when needed
- Oversee timely payroll processing while maximizing billing
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, teamwork, and care
Requirements
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in home care coordination or HR, in a LHCSA
- Experience managing high-volume, multilingual teams (on-site and remote)
- Skilled in communication, coaching, scheduling, and compliance oversight
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (e.g., HHAeXchange, Smartsheet)
- Full-time, on-site availability with occasional after-hours support as needed
Preferred:
- Multilingual (Spanish or Yiddish)
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs
- Experience in quality assurance, internal audits, or process improvement
