About the Role


You’ll lead a multicultural, high-performing team responsible for caregiver scheduling, service coverage, client relations, payroll accuracy, and daily operations. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who can inspire others, think operationally, and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting.

 Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and support coordinators managing caregiver schedules and daily service delivery


  • Oversee full shift coverage, including last-minute or emergency staffing


  • Drive efficient, accurate caregiver-patient matching


  • Ensure compliance with agency standards, DOH regulations, and documentation timelines


  • Monitor service delivery and implement corrective actions when needed


  • Oversee timely payroll processing while maximizing billing


  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, teamwork, and care


Requirements


  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in home care coordination or HR, in a LHCSA


  • Experience managing high-volume, multilingual teams (on-site and remote)


  • Skilled in communication, coaching, scheduling, and compliance oversight


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (e.g., HHAeXchange, Smartsheet)


  • Full-time, on-site availability with occasional after-hours support as needed

Preferred:


  • Multilingual (Spanish or Yiddish)


  • Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs


  • Experience in quality assurance, internal audits, or process improvement
